Hotel and Transportation
Hotel
Both astronauts and space commanders will be staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites located just two miles from campus. The hotel is well equipped and the conference is renting out the entire facility for the weekend. Some amenities of the hotel are they have a heated indoor pool, 24 hour workout facility, expansive continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, 24 hour coffee and tea station, and modern facilitiesmaking the hotel perfect for our conference. Four astronauts will be sharing a queen/queen room and two space commanders will share a king suite with apull out couch.The hospitality room is convenient and flows well into the lobby area to allow optimumspace for delegates to mingle andmake this conference the most memorable one yet!

Transportation
Complimentary parking will be provided at both UNCW’s campus as well as at the hotel, the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Shuttles will be provided for those students who will need assistance getting around campus.
