Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is homophobia?

Homophobia is defined as hateful or fearful feelings towards members of the LGBTIQA community. It can be manifested as "hate speak" (calling a gay man a "fag"), violence, or even as the derogatory use of LGBT-oriented words (using "gay" as a negative word i.e. "My computer won't work. It's being gay.").
