Up 'til Dawn is a nationwide collegiate organization that raises funds and awareness for  St.Jude's Children's Hospital. Completely led and run by students, Up 'til Dawn engages in fund raising activities throughout the school year and celebrates their success with a finale by staying "up 'til dawn". Believing that "cancer doesn't sleep so neither do we", each Up 'til Dawn organization strives to make a difference in children's lives.

The program works by students forming teams of six members.  These team members come together at the All-in-One Event in the fall and write letters to their friends and families asking for donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  At this event we will stay "Up 'til Dawn" to support the many children who stay up at night because of their disease and treatments. In previous years at this event we have had guitar hero contest, wax hands, free food, sumo-wrestling, and many give-a-ways. Other fundraisers are held throughout the school year for teams to participate in too.  In the spring we will have a presentation of the check to celebrate our accomplishments.

At UNCW, Up 'til Dawn works hard throughout the school year to raise awareness for St. Jude. Up 'til Dawn has raised almost $100,000 over the last 3 years.  We hope to continue the tradition and help raise money for the children of St.Jude.
