Duties of the Committee, as stated in the Constitution:

Shall address all non-academic concerns of UNCW students.

Shall present to the SGA, the Administration, the Faculty and the Staff all recommendations for non-academic improvement.

Shall be chaired by a member of the Legislature.

Shall report weekly to the Director of Student Affairs.

Shall consist of a Chairperson, (3) three members of the SGA Legislature, and (1) one Freshman Representative from the SGA Legislature.
