Duties of Committee, as stated in the Constitution:

• Shall be responsible for continuous assessment of the Student Government Association of UNCW. 

• Shall recommend internal improvements and needs for change.

• Shall address all Constitution and Bylaw concerns of UNCW SGA

• Shall present to the Legislature all recommendations for improvement to the SGA Constitution.

• Shall be chaired by the President Pro-Tempore.

• Shall consist of the (1) chair,(3) three members of the Legislature, and (1) one Freshman Representative from the SGA Legislature.
