  • February Meetup- Sunday February 17, 2013. Masonboro Room,Student Center -5:00 to 6:00 PM. Theme: Grad School Journey. Four Professors are invited to share tips on succeeding graduate school experience.
    • February Social- GSA Book Drive, to Cape Fear Literacy Council.
  • March Meetup - Sunday March 24 , 2013 Masonboro Room,Student Center -5:00 to 6:00 PM. Theme:Prepare for Conference.Don't have any idea on paper submission? Conference presentation? The GSA in collaboration with Perch Graduate Student Life co- host a panel discussion on Academic Conferences: How to find them, Get Invited and Present. Please Join us for this interactive information session.
    • March Social - March 21 ,GSA Social at Carolina Ale House,8pm Hor d'oeuvres is provided
  • April Meetup - Sunday March 21 , 2013. Masonboro Room,Student Center -5:00 to 6:00 PM. Theme:Officers

The PERCH Graduate Student Life Events:

  • Spring Semester Welcome Social- Friday January 18, 2013
    Alumni Lounge , Second Floor Student Center at 5.30 pm. The Perch would like to welcome you back to the school! Join us for this social to meet, mingle with other graduate students. Hor d’Oeuvres and drinks are provided! Posible free tickets available for the 7 pm showing of 'Pitch Perfect' at Lumina Theater, and Raffle for prize!
  • Cafe Society - Intellectual Conversation Table
    We'll meet at Cafe Projekte. (3rd and Castle Streets) at 6pm, once a month.
    A professor will be asked to join us to talk about current events or philosophical pondering.  Music starts at 7 or 8. Free pizza! Date will be announced in the email!
